Weekly Update 01-11-2010:

We need some more time to see if the scenarios that we talked about last week will finish playing out.  The market moved up some more last week, however, still on anemic volume and with momentum indicators showing market exhaustion.  So we need a little bit more time to see if these advances hold, or are the “last hurrah” before major corrections are to be taking place.  This week should tell us a lot.  Numerous Daily and Weekly chart indicators are showing very similar readings to what we had at the last major tops, such as October 07, so we think that this correction when it starts its descent will be very significant with the potential of revisiting the March 2009 lows.  We will continue to monitor and keep you posted in the mean time we will remain in CASH.  Yours for Safe Sailing in Bull and Bear Markets.
